New Online Galleries

We now have new online client galleries that are powered by Pictage. We strive to supply our clients with a more versatile service and have found none better. All you need to do is find your wedding couples' names listed in the right column on this blog under the "Recent Weddings - select a gallery to view and order prints" and follow instructions.

1) Click on an event to the right, and a new window will open.

2) If it's your first time viewing a gallery, Register a username to see the pictures.

3) Contact Pictage at 1-877-PICTAGE or support@Pictage.com if you have questions or problems.

From this new online proofing system you will be able to:
- purchase prints
- make your own inexpensive coffee table books (great for parents)
- make customized cards,
fantastic for "Save the Date", "Thank You", and "Season Greetings". They are press printed folded cards, just like the real cards you buy at the store....with your selected image on the front, and text on the inside.
- make a DVD highlight slideshow of your favorite images

So now you can order anytime you want, shopping in the comfort of your own home. Best part for brides and grooms is not having to chase family and friends for orders or collecting money. Just send them here and have them sign up.

Another benefit is all online orders will be shipped directly to any address you provide, so no running around to pick your orders up. It couldn't be more handy!

If you are a cross over client (from last year, or early this year) and are having trouble finding your favorite photos please let me know. The old system used file names and this one is sequential with the print numbers.

A quick email to me will get you the right numbers for the new online galleries.

Friday

Allison + Grant

How cool is a bride that jumps hay bales in great heels? Tops in my book.

Allison and Grant's wedding was straight out of a magazine. The black and white color scheme was so clean and sharp. I really appreciated it - it looked great and classy to boot.

Some great wedding shoes, so stylish. Got to love them.

Once again the evening ended up at the lovely Fort Garry Hotel

Check out the slide show featuring some of Allison and Grant's photos.

Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your day, it was fun! All the best to you two!

Saturday

Panoramic Fun

Shot a few scenes at the church the other day, this is the panoramic photo I came up with. Pretty cool.

Friday

Sarah and Keith

I hadn't meet Sarah till a week before her wedding, her and Keith are out in BC and mother did all the booking. Needless to say I was thrilled when she walked into the studio, I knew she would make a lovely bride.

Sarah proceeded to tell me they wanted only photojournalism for their wedding. Hmm, this was going to be tough, seeing as I thought she would fit a fashion style to the tee. So having to give up my dreams Sarah
assured me all would be all right.

Well we had a blast!

Some of the coolest looking invitations that I've seen, thanks to Mad About Paper.

I always appreciate nice shoes and these were great! When my wife saw the photo she said, "love the shoes!" Ditto.

Pretty much my favorite bouquet of the year so far. Love the oranges and lime greens, just beautiful.

Sarah thought it important to share a few moments with everyone important to her.

A big shout out to the wedding party, the girls and guys came out from around the world for the couple's big day.

I'm a big sucker for British accents, and Helen didn't disappoint. I was truly charmed all night. Helen, if you're reading this get on Top Gear and say hi to the Hamster, James and Mr. Clarkson for me.

The night ended at the Tavern In The Park with fantastic food and dancing!

Rodney Smith once said, "without question I always fall in love with the person I'm photographing." I wonder if this is one of those times. I absolutely love this photo, the story in her eyes...

All the best to you guys! I enjoyed getting to know a bit more about the extraordinary lives you lead.

Wednesday

Kristen and Jeremy

Well Kristen and Jeremy's wedding finally came and went and my cute as a button bride was... well cute as a button. I mean really, look as those green eyes! They just melt you.

I got a kick out of how they related to each other - reminded me of my wife and I. They were entertaining and delightful - a lot of fun. Plus you couldn't take a bad photo.

Thank you guys for allowing me to be a part of your day. And thanks for all the laughs and memories. Enjoy some photos of you wedding day.
